Contemporary property development

Thornsett Group is a bespoke property developer operating in England and Belgium.

We created a new brand and supporting marketing materials for their large commercial and residential development in the fashionable Angel, Islington area of London.

To reflect the mix of this modern development and the historic traditions of the area, we took the Roman name Ermin and created a brand which used cool imagery and sharp designs to connect with its urban target audience. Expressive fonts and a bold red highlight gave all the marketing materials an exciting, dynamic edge.

For this project we created the brand from scratch and then translated this on to all the marketing materials including the website, brochures and a video as well as site hoardings, advertising and exhibition panels.
