Imperial Health Charity
Imperial Health Charity supports hospitals within the Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust to do more for patients through grants, arts, volunteering and fundraising.
This charity was looking for some fresh thinking around the design of their Impact Report to garner greater engagement from their stakeholders. The previous document had been A5 so we immediately suggested scaling up to A4 to give the report more breathing space.
We used white space and big impactful photos, housed within the pentagon shape, to create attractive spreads which would appeal to readers. Giving the text space to breathe in wide columns alongside relevant photographs makes it more accessible and interesting. We also introduced pull-out quotes and graphic statistics to highlight key messages and give audiences the opportunity to skim through and see the information they need.
The client was particularly pleased with the custom-made icons we created to identify key facts and figures which bring everything together in a cohesive, logical manner.
We began working with nim design in 2018 and they have already provided professional expertise and advice on a number of important communications projects. During our initial meeting, the team were quick to grasp the essence of our brand and took time to understand the ethos and values of the charity as a whole.
