Impact Report 2017-2018

PRHA is a small specialist housing association which supports homeless people through a wide range of residential and non-residential services in the East End of London.

Our designs for the Impact Report centred around the organisation’s offerings. We created a section for each one – Specialist Accommodation, Housing, Support, Young People, Mental Health and Recovery – and included case studies, residents’ views, statistics and impact statements in them all. We differentiated elements of the text by varying font sizes and tones. We combined the snapshot-style photography into montages to create a lively, busy feel reflecting the organisation’s upbeat approach.

The client has been delighted with the design and has been particularly pleased with the decision to use an A5 portrait format which they have found to be ‘easy to handle and pass around’.
