Viridian (now known as Optiva) provide social housing to over 30,000 residents in 16,000 homes across England.
For this Annual Report, they wanted the residents to have a real say and influence over the design and how the information was presented.
In response, we facilitated a design workshop with residents. We asked them what they liked and didn’t like about previous annual reports and what they would like to see done differently for a new one. We listened to their views and created a new look and feel with a “working together” theme.
We introduced simple infographics to communicate important statistics and a pin-board graphic to highlight positive experiences from existing residents.
