Lemon Tree Trust
The Lemon Tree Trust encourages planting and agriculture in refugee camps around the world to make these environments healthier, greener and more productive.
After three years in operation, this innovative charity was in need of a strong visual identity which captured the purpose and positioning of its brand. Our initial research stage involved meeting key stakeholders and exploring Lemon Tree Trust’s areas of influence – which include the environment, refugees and horticulture. Equipped with this knowledge, we were able to apply a strategic approach to our thinking and create design concepts to match.
The next, crucial stage of the process required an honest working relationship with the client – something we pride ourselves on – and involved lively discussions and an open exchange of ideas. This close partnership curtailed any misrepresentation of the organisation and provided clear direction for the next stage of worked-up visuals.
As a result of this well-researched and collaborative approach, we have created a final logo which has met with approval both inside and outside the organisation. This distinctive, symbolic mark reflects the organic and transforming nature of Lemon Tree Trust and encapsulates the hope it offers refugees all over the world.
