We discuss the project openly with our clients and ask questions so we fully understand the brief and goals. On occasion, we arrange interviews with key members of the organisation, undertake desk research and run focus groups. This helps us get a complete view of your organisation, your people and your aims.
With this deeper knowledge in place, we employ our creativity and flair to develop a few design approaches. We adhere to brand guidelines but also incorporate fresh ideas in the designs, through colours, fonts and imagery. Next, we fine-tune these ideas into a single final design concept.
With the design concept approved, we carefully apply it to every component of the project. As a general rule, we offer two sets of proofs for checking and incorporate your feedback after each proof.
Once you have approved the final proof, we will hand over the web or print file to you. We can also manage the printing and mailing on your behalf. For online-only projects, we will test and check that all the elements are optimised and work across all platforms.
