Mizen Group is a leading privately owned property developer in the residential and mixed-use sectors based in London.
We were briefed to create a high-quality brochure for a new stylish development of just eight family homes in the heart of Ealing. We designed a modern and bold logotype for the name of the development, Craven Terrace. This stylish urban brand was then echoed in the marketing brochure through the use of specially commissioned photos of local areas and interiors. The brochure was printed on special textured papers with a gold sheen to reflect the high-end look and feel of this new scheme.
