2016: …the story so far

Can we really be half way through 2016 already? It’s been a busy six months here at nim design with a bundle of new business and some exciting projects for our existing clients.

Our latest clients are a pioneering bunch including the Lemon Tree Trust, a charity undertaking greening innovation in refugee camps and human rights campaigners, Article 19. We’ve also developed a second annual report for Leapfrog, which provides social investment support to community energy projects and we’re in the final stages of producing an annual review for SOS Children’s Villages – an organisation which has been helping vulnerable children all over the world for over 65 years.

It’s been fun getting together with some of our loyal clients and we’re currently working on annual reviews in all manner of formats for Plan UK, Certitude and PRHA (Providence Row Housing Association) as well as a well-being booklet for staff at the (RMBI) Royal Masonic Benevolent Institute.

Having worked with property developer, Thornsett, for many years on marketing support for developments in Hackney, Angel and Spitalfields, we’re delighted to be partnering with them to market Mosaic Place, an amazing new regeneration development in Purley. Watch this space!

And amongst all this hectic activity we have waved our gorgeous Gosia off on maternity leave and welcomed in some Portuguese inspiration in the form of our new designer, Miguel. We wish Gosia, Kamil and baby Mez all the best.

2016: What’s ahead…

In the next six months we’re planning to freshen up our own website to communicate more about what makes us a different kind of design team and to present our case studies in a more client-friendly way. We’ve also got plans in place to produce more of our popular free design resources including a quick guide unlocking the mysteries of infographics.
