Citizens Advice offers advice, information and support through a network of charities in the UK.
Citizens Advice is a household name in the UK so we made it our mission to mirror its brand values through a bold, dynamic graphic approach. To reflect the way in which Citizens Advice helps people solve their problems, we proposed using photos of people to humanise the report. This also shows how this charity focuses on the people they help. As this report is digital only, we optimised the format for screens and made the report interactive by including hyperlinks, buttons and bookmarks to ease readers’ navigation.
