Thornsett Group is a bespoke property developer operating in England and Belgium.

We were briefed to create a brand and marketing materials to promote a residential development in Spitalfields, east London. The Wesley Court apartments would be situated in Hanbury Hall – an early Georgian building with connections to many influential characters including Charles Dickens and the Methodist John Wesley.

Reflecting this unique provenance led us to echo the unusual architecture of the building in the new logo. The circle was inspired by the brickwork and windows, while the solid square in the centre brought a more modern feel.

This mix of contemporary and historic was repeated across marketing materials including site hoardings. Our approach resonated well with potential purchasers who snapped up the apartments almost as soon as they were launched.
