Thornsett Group is a bespoke property developer operating in England and Belgium.

Chaplin is a contemporary development of apartments in one of London’s hippest areas – Hackney – and we were tasked with creating a brand identity and marketing materials. To reach out to its target audience, we worked up a brand which was cutting edge and cool and supporting materials which positioned the area as the ‘Cultural Heart of London’.

The paper, fonts and colour palette were all chosen carefully to reflect this energetic vibe and we incorporated quotes from famous past residents of the area to communicate its benefits. The client was delighted when all the apartments sold very quickly after launch.
