Thank you for a wonderful year!

As we swing into the festive season I continue to be extremely grateful to all our clients for their partnerships and kindness. Thank you all so very much for making 2023 another enjoyable year for nim design.

It’s been great to collaborate again with many of our existing clients, such as AllSfärCitizens Advice, the Commonwealth Foundation, the Royal Masonic Benevolent Trust and the World Trade Organization, to name a few. We have also welcomed some new names including US-based Decolonising Wealth Project, Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust and Versus Arthritis. We are hoping to win a project from an African-based international organisation. Do wish us luck! If we win, we will be proudly working with clients across three continents (North America, Europe and Africa). These organisations are all helping make the world a better place and we are delighted to have played our part.

Aside from clients’ projects, we have also been busy refurbishing our heritage old bank building in the heart of Harrow on the Hill. We feel so fortunate to operate from a building that has been at the heart of the community since it was constructed in 1889.

The local volunteers have put up the Christmas tree on the green in front of our offices, helping bring some magic to the entire hill. To me, friends, neighbours and the wider community coming together is what brings out the spirit of Christmas. This brings me to Circus Starr, an amazing organisation we support which delivers ‘circus with a purpose’ to children from disadvantaged backgrounds and their carers during this time of the year and beyond.

I’ll be making the most of what London has to offer this month before heading to Mexico with my partner. This diverse country offers plenty of stimuli for creatives so be on the lookout for some Mexican vibes in our work next year (brand permitting of course)! I’d also like to say a huge thank-you to my trusted colleague Miguel, who will be spending his time with friends and family in Portugal, reenergising to take on 2024 with gusto. My appreciation also extends to our business partners who have helped deliver successful projects over the course of the year.

We will be closing our doors on 18 December, ready to open again on 2 January 2024. In the meantime, Miguel and I would like to wish you a happy and restful festive season full of joy and all the things you love. We look forward to seeing you all again in 2024!
